Sally trained at the Weguelin School of Russian Ballet, a residential Ballet School in Tunbridge Wells Kent.
At the age of 15 she passed the Advanced 2 Classic Ballet exam with Distinction.
After completing her O levels Sally successfully auditioned for the Bush Davies Ballet School in East Grinstead, where she spent two years studying Ballet, Theatre dance and A level drama.
​​After graduating, she worked as a professional dancer.
​
Sally has an exceptional record of teaching all ages and abilities, and of preparing pupils for success in performance and examination. Sally is principal, and founder of the school and as well as teaching oversees all classes and teacher training.
Sally has a fellowship with the NATD Classic Ballet (Russian Method) branch and is an NATD Classic Ballet examiner.

From an early age Ellen trained at the Harlow Ballet School in Essex under the direction of Michael and Henrietta Branwell.
While at Harlow she performed in full scale ballets with the Company, both as a Soloist and in the Corps de Ballet.
Performances included The Sleeping Beauty, Coppélia and The Nutcracker.
After graduating in 2003 from Bodyworks Performing Arts in Cambridge with a diploma in Professional Dance, she went on to perform all over the UK and Europe with many production companies. Dance genres included ballet, jazz, contemporary, and tap dance.
After moving to Hitchin, she trained as a Pilates instructor, and teaches many classes locally.
After she joined The Hitchin School of Russian Ballet as a dancer, Ellen took on the challenge of the vocational exams passing Intermediate Foundation with 95 marks (Distinction) Intermediate (88 Distinction) and Advanced 1 (87 Distinction)
In 2015 Ellen passed the Associate teachers exam with Distinction.

Caroline Heaton
Associate Classic Ballet - Distinction
Associate in Tap and Modern Dance.
​
Caroline was taught from a young age by frank freeman and has worked
under the direction of Arlene Philips and Wayne sleep in contemporary Dance.
Caroline studied at Performers College, and has worked on many productions throughout her career as a professional dancer and singer. She performed in the spirit of the dance and has traveled around the world with P&O cruises.
